Сканирующая туннельная микроскопия | Кафедра физики полимеров и кристаллов

Описание

Приобретение навыков работы на сканирующем туннельном микроскопе и обработки туннельных изображений с атомным разрешением. В ходе задачи студенты знакомятся с особенностями кристаллической структуры графита, особенностями изображений таких поверхностей в сканирующей зондовой микроскопии, возникающими при этом артефактами, влиянием параметров и режима измерения на получаемые изображения. В 1 части работы студенты знакомятся со сканирующим туннельным микроскопом и режимами работы для получения атомного разрешения на поверхности графита. Самостоятельно получают изображения графита. Вторая часть работы посвящена обработке и анализу изображений структуры атомной решетки на поверхности графита. При выполнении работы используется туннельный микроскоп ФемтоСкан, выпускаемый Центром перспективных технологий и программа для обработки изображений ФемтоСкан Онлайн.
